Gozlingo is an app that teaches young children letters and numbers. It is developed by Alex Barenboim. This policy explains what information the app keeps and what happens to it.
The app collects no information and sends no information to us or to anyone else. It never connects to the internet, and it has no ads, no accounts, no in-app purchases and no analytics.
So the game can adapt to the child, the app keeps the following on the device:
The app never sends this information anywhere. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
Device backups: if you have turned on your device's backup (Google backup or iCloud), the operating system may include this information in your backup, as it does for any app. That backup belongs to you and is kept in your own account. We have no access to it.
Deleting the app deletes everything it stored from the device. If the information was included in a device backup, reinstalling the app may restore it from that backup. Backups are managed in your Google or iCloud account settings.
The app contains no third-party component that collects data: no advertising, no analytics and no crash reporting.
The app is downloaded through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and those companies' own privacy policies cover the download. If you have chosen in your device settings to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple or Google may pass us anonymous crash reports. These reports do not contain the child's name or progress.
The app is made for children, which is why it collects no personal information from them at all, in keeping with the privacy rules that apply to apps for children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page, with its new effective date.
